Story:
Chakram (Prabhas), otherwise known as Chakradhar, and his uncle’s daughter Lakshmi (Asin) study medicine abroad and after completing it they plan to come to India to start a huge specialty hospital. For this purpose they even make their specialist doctors to come to India and serve in the hospital. Both Chakram and Lakshmi are back in India and arrangements are made to get them wed. His father Reddi (Prakashraj) and Lakshmi’s father (Tanikella) are quite eager to complete the job. To their surprise Chakram disappeared after leaving a note that he does not like the girl and hence running away from the marriage. Chase has begun to trace him and bring back.

Chakram enters a township and finds a goon (Jeeva) torturing an old man. He is Padma Rao (Padmanabham). Chakram saves him from their hands and announces to them that he is Padmarao’s grandson. He starts residing in that old man’s house. There are a number of odd kinds of persons living there. Each one of them is introduced. And a girl (Charmi) falls in love with Chakram. Chakram’s main avocation is to reform every one and make them always think good of others. His father suddenly appears there with his men and takes him back to Hyderabad. But Chakram refuses to marry Lakshmi. Only then he reveals to his father that he is already suffering from blood cancer and never wanted to ruin her life. Asin also listens to this and starts crying. On knowing this from her foreign contact, Lakshmi too starts crying. The father is already crying. Mother also gets to know of it and is crest fallen. The end scene is Prakashraj sitting with the pot of ashes of his son.
